TEMPO Designs provides branding, web design, and e‑commerce setup services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in proposals or invoices.

Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise stated.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Payments are processed securely by our providers (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store card numbers.

Upon full payment, final deliverables are licensed to the client for intended use. Source files may be provided on request.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.
