Digital Services (Design/Web)

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel after delivery of initial concepts, we will bill for work completed to date.

Physical Products (if applicable)

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
